Free printable weekly planner
This maker builds an undated weekly planner as a PDF: seven day columns with a time column down the left. Set the hour range and whether each row is 30 or 60 minutes, choose Sunday or Monday as the first day, and pick Letter or A4. Because it carries weekday names rather than dates, you can print a stack and reuse the same layout every week.
Hours and slot length
Pick the start and end hour to match your day, from an early start to a late finish. Thirty-minute rows give fine control for appointments and study blocks; sixty-minute rows keep it simple and leave more room to write in each slot. The time column labels every whole hour and half hour so you can find a slot at a glance.
Sunday or Monday first
Start the week on Monday for a work week that runs to the weekend, or on Sunday if that is how you plan. The seven columns and their day names reorder to match. Everything else stays the same.
Printing
Print at 100% or “Actual size” so the rows keep their spacing. Portrait suits a binder or a clipboard. A longer day with 30-minute rows makes more lines, so if the rows feel tight, widen the slot length or trim the hour range.
