Free gift tag maker for a whole batch
This turns a list of names into a sheet of gift tags, eight to a page, each reading "To: [name]" with a shared "From" and an optional message. Use it to tag presents for a family, a class, or a party in one pass instead of writing each by hand.
Pick the tag shape — a classic tag outline with a punch hole, or a plain rectangle — and a border color to match the occasion. The outline is the cut line.
Using the tool
Paste the recipient names, one per line. Set the "From" name and a message if you want one. Choose the shape, border, and whether to show a hole-punch guide. Click Download PDF. More than eight names flow onto extra pages.
Printing, cutting, and stringing
- Print at 100% scale on cardstock.
In the print dialog — the window that opens when you choose Print — set Scale to 100%. Cardstock makes a sturdier tag than paper. - Cut along the outline.
Follow the tag or rectangle border. A paper trimmer is fastest for a full sheet. - Punch the hole and add string.
Punch at the marked circle, then loop ribbon or twine through to tie the tag to a gift.

Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no login — open the page and use it.
Can I leave the message off?
Yes. Clear the message box for a plain To / From tag.
Does my data leave my browser?
No. The tags are built locally in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Once the page has loaded you can work offline.
