Free printable meal planner
This maker builds a weekly meal planner as a PDF: the seven days down the left, the meals you choose across the top, and a blank cell for each to write what you are cooking. Turn breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks on or off, add a grocery list if you want one, and pick Letter or A4. It is undated, so the same sheet works for any week.
Choose the meals that fit your week
Not every household plans four meals a day. Keep breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, or trim to just dinners if that is the meal you actually plan. The columns rebuild to show only what you keep, so a dinner-only plan gives you one wide column per day with plenty of room.
The grocery list
Turn the grocery list on and a two-column checklist prints below the week. Fill it as you plan each meal, so the shopping and the menu come from the same page. Turn it off for a plain grid when you keep your list elsewhere.
Printing
Print at 100% or “Actual size.” Plain paper suits the fridge or a folder; slide it into a sleeve and write with a dry-erase marker to reuse it each week. Reprint whenever your meals or your list change.
