The tools are free and provided as-is and as-available, with no warranties of any kind. We don't promise that any tool, or the PDF it produces, is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Check your output before you print
You are responsible for reviewing every PDF before you print it. We are not liable for printing costs, wasted paper or label stock, misaligned or missing content, typos, or any other errors in what you print. Always look over the preview first, and for label sheets, print a single test page before running a full batch.
No guarantee of availability
The site is offered without any guarantee that it will be available or working at any given time. It may be slow, interrupted, changed, or taken offline at any point, without notice.
Your content is your responsibility
You are responsible for the names, text, logos, and anything else you enter, and for how you use what you create. Don't use the tools to make anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights, and make sure you have permission to use any logo or image you upload.
Not official documents
Certificates, diplomas, awards, and similar documents you create here are novelty and keepsake items. They are not official credentials, accredited qualifications, licenses, or government or academic records, and they must not be presented as such.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FreePrintLab and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the documents you create with it.
