Free printable habit tracker
This maker builds a habit tracker as a PDF: your habits listed down the left, days running across the top, and a blank cell for each day so you can mark what you did. Set how many habits you want to track and whether the grid covers a week or a full month, then choose Letter or A4. The sheet prints landscape so even a 31-day month keeps columns wide enough to check off by hand.
Week or month
A week shows seven columns headed Monday through Sunday, good for a short streak or a trial run. A month shows 31 numbered columns for a longer view of consistency. If your month is shorter than 31 days, cross out the last columns or leave them blank.
How many habits
Pick any number of rows up to twenty. The rows divide the page height evenly, so a short list gives tall rows with room to write the habit name, and a long list packs more in. Write each habit in the left column, then fill a cell each day you keep it.
Printing
Print at 100% or “Actual size.” Plain paper works for a month on the fridge or in a journal; heavier paper stands up to a month of daily marks. Reprint each month to start a fresh grid.
FAQ
Week or month?
Both. Choose a week for seven weekday columns, or a month for 31 numbered day columns. The grid rebuilds to fit the page.
How many habits can I track?
Set any number of rows up to 20. The rows share the page height evenly, so fewer habits means taller rows to write in.
Is there a watermark?
No. The downloaded PDF is clean, with no watermark and no branding.
Does my data leave my browser?
No. The PDF is built locally in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Once the page has loaded you can work offline.
