Avery 5371 compatibility
The layout uses the published Avery 5371 geometry — 2″ × 3.5″ cards, a 0.75″ side margin, a 0.5″ top margin, and no gap between cards — so each tag lands on a micro-perforated card that pops out without cutting. It fits Avery 5371 and its same-size siblings — 5871, 8371, and 8871 — plus other-brand sheets sold as 2″ × 3 1/2″ business cards, 10 per sheet. If your printer registers a little high or left, the calibration fields shift every tag together by a fraction of an inch. Printing on plain cardstock instead? Turn on the faint cut guides for a trim outline around every tag.
