Free name badge maker for Avery 5395 sheets

This name badge maker turns a pasted list of names into a print-ready PDF laid out for Avery 5395 badge sheets — 2 columns by 4 rows, eight badges to a portrait US Letter page. Each badge shows the person's name large with a shared second line (company, event, or role) beneath it, plus an optional logo. Thirty names become four sheets automatically; a partial last sheet just leaves the remaining labels blank. Long names shrink and wrap to stay inside the badge, and diacritics render correctly.

How to make name badges in three steps

  1. Paste your names, one per line, into the box.
  2. Set the line under the name (and add a logo if you want one).
  3. Click Generate PDF, then print it on Avery 5395 sheets at 100% scale.

Avery 5395 compatibility

The layout uses the real Avery 5395 geometry — 3.375″ × 2.333″ badges, 0.6875″ side margins, a 0.375″ gap between columns and 0.19″ between rows — so badges land on the die-cut labels instead of drifting off them. It fits Avery 5395 and its same-size siblings — 5895, 8395, and 45395 — along with the many “same size as 5395” sheets sold by other brands. If your printer registers a little high or left, the calibration fields shift every badge together by a fraction of an inch; printing on plain cardstock instead? Turn on the faint cut guides for a light trim outline around every badge.

Free and print-ready

Paste your list and download a clean, print-ready PDF — no account, no watermark, no per-batch cap. Print it on any Avery 5395 (or compatible) sheet, or on plain paper and cardstock with the cut guides turned on.

FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. There is no signup and no login — open the page and use it.

Is there a watermark?

No. The downloaded PDF is clean, with no watermark and no branding on your badges.

Can I make 50 at once?

Yes. Paste 50 names — or a few hundred — and they flow across as many Avery 5395 sheets as needed (8 per sheet). There is no per-batch cap.

Which Avery numbers does it fit — 5395, 5895, 8395, 45395?

All of them. Those part numbers are the same 3.375″ × 2.333″ badge label in different box sizes and finishes, so the layout fits Avery 5395, 5895, 8395, and 45395 — plus any “compatible with 5395” badge sheet from other brands. You can also print on plain paper or cardstock and cut using the guides.

Does my data leave my browser?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser. The names you paste, any logo you add, and the finished PDF are all created on your device — there is no server to upload to, and nothing is stored or sent anywhere. Once the page has loaded, you can even use it offline.
