Free mailing label maker for Avery 5160 sheets
This tool turns a pasted list of addresses into a print-ready PDF laid out for Avery 5160 address labels — 3 columns by 10 rows, 30 labels to a portrait US Letter page. Each address block prints on one label, keeping its own line breaks (name, street, city and state). More than 30 addresses flow onto as many sheets as needed; a partial last sheet leaves the remaining labels blank. A long line shrinks to stay inside the label.
How to make mailing labels in three steps
- Paste each address as its own block, with a blank line between blocks.
- Check the count beside the box to confirm it read the right number of addresses.
- Click Generate PDF, then print it on Avery 5160 sheets at 100% scale.
Avery 5160 compatibility
The layout uses the published Avery 5160 geometry — 1″ × 2.625″ labels, a 0.1875″ side margin, a 0.5″ top margin, a 0.125″ gap between columns, and no gap between rows — so each address lands on a die-cut label. It fits Avery 5160 and its same-size siblings — 5260, 5960, and 8160 — plus other-brand sheets sold as 1″ × 2 5/8″ address labels. If your printer registers a little high or left, the calibration fields shift every label together by a fraction of an inch. Printing on plain paper instead? Turn on the faint cut guides for a trim outline around every label.
Free and print-ready
Paste your list and download a clean, print-ready PDF — no account, no watermark, no per-batch cap. Print it on any Avery 5160 (or compatible) sheet, or on plain paper with the cut guides turned on.
FAQ
How do I separate one address from the next?
Leave a blank line between addresses. Everything between two blank lines is one label, and each line inside a block prints on its own line.
How many lines fit on a label?
Up to five. A standard name, street, and city-state-ZIP fills three; an apartment or company line makes four or five.
Which Avery numbers does it fit — 5160, 5260, 5960, 8160?
All of them. Those part numbers are the same 1″ × 2 5/8″ address label in different box sizes and finishes, so the layout fits Avery 5160, 5260, 5960, and 8160 — plus any sheet sold as compatible with that size.
Does my data leave my browser?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. The addresses you paste and the finished PDF are created on your device — there is no server to upload to, and nothing is stored or sent anywhere. Once the page has loaded, you can even use it offline.
