Free price tag maker for garage and yard sales
This tool turns a pasted list of prices into a sheet of tags to print on cardstock and cut apart. Each tag shows the price in large bold type, with an optional item name above it. Choose how many tags fit a sheet; more than one sheet's worth flows onto as many pages as needed.
Writing tags by hand works for a handful, but for a whole sale it's faster to paste the list once and print a stack. Cardstock holds up better than paper on a windy driveway.
Using the tool
Paste your prices in the box, one per line. To label a tag, put the item name first and the price after a comma: "Lamp, 5". Pick a tag size, decide whether to show item names, and keep "Show faint cut guides" on for a light line to cut along. Click Download PDF.
Printing and cutting
- Print at 100% scale.
In the print dialog — the window that opens when you choose Print — set the box that says Scale to 100%, or choose "Actual size," so the tags stay the size you picked. - Use cardstock if you can.
Heavier paper survives handling and outdoor tables. Plain paper works for a quick sale. - Cut along the guide lines.
A paper trimmer is fastest; scissors are fine. Turn the guides off before printing if you'd rather not see the lines on the finished tags.

Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no login — open the page and use it.
Can I leave off the item names?
Yes. Uncheck "Show the item name" for price-only tags, or just paste prices with no comma.
Does my data leave my browser?
No. The tags are built locally in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Once the page has loaded you can work offline.
