FreePrintLab

Privacy

Last updated: August 11, 2026.

FreePrintLab is built so your content stays yours. Every tool runs entirely in your browser: the names, lists, and other text you type — and any logo you add — are turned into a PDF right on your own device. That content is never sent to us, never uploaded to a server, and never stored anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone.

What the tools collect: nothing

There is no account, no login, and no form that sends your lists off somewhere. The words you paste and the files you build never leave your device. In fact, once a tool's page has finished loading you can disconnect from the internet entirely and it will still generate your PDF.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like virtually every website, the hosting layer automatically records some basic technical information each time a page, font, or other file is requested: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string (which describes your browser and operating system), the specific page or asset requested, and the date and time. These are ordinary hosting and security logs — they keep the site online and help defend it against abuse. They describe requests made to the server, and they never include the names or content you enter into the tools, because that content is never sent to the server in the first place.

Cookies and advertising

To help cover its costs, FreePrintLab may show ads. When advertising is running, it is served by Google AdSense, and Google along with its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads — including ads personalized to you based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can review and turn off ad personalization in your Google account's ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. If ads are not currently running on the site, those advertising cookies are not being set. Either way, the content you enter into the tools is never shared with advertisers — it never leaves your browser.
