Sunday or Monday start
A US wall calendar usually starts the week on Sunday; much of the rest of the world, and most work planners, start on Monday. Pick whichever you think in, and the weekday headers and the grid both shift to match. The dates stay correct either way; only the column they fall under changes.
Landscape, portrait, and the notes column
Landscape gives wide, tall day boxes with room to write appointments; portrait fits a binder or a wall with less width. The notes column adds a ruled strip down the right side for a to-do list, reminders, or a key. Leave it off for a plain seven-column grid that fills the page.
Printing
Print at 100% or “Actual size” so the grid fills the sheet as laid out. Plain paper is fine for a working month; heavier paper holds up on a wall or a fridge. For a full year, make each month in turn and print them as a set.
