Free full-page signs for doors and rooms
This turns a pasted list into one full-page sign per name, all in a single PDF. Use it to label rooms for an event, doors in an office, stations at a fair, or seats at a conference. Each name is centered and sized as large as it fits, so the signs read from down a hallway.
For one sign, the general sign maker is simpler. This tool is for making a stack at once from a list.
Using the tool
Paste your room names, one per line. Pick a text size and portrait or landscape. The count beside the box shows how many signs you'll get — one page each. Click Download PDF.
Printing them
- Print at 100% scale.
In the print dialog — the window that opens when you choose Print — set Scale to 100% or "Actual size" so the text fills the page. - Set the dialog's orientation to match.
The print dialog has its own portrait/landscape setting; match it to the signs so none come out rotated. - Print only the pages you need.
Each sign is its own page, so you can reprint a single name by page number instead of the whole set.
FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no login — open the page and use it.
What if a name is long?
It shrinks to fit the page and wraps to a second line if needed. Choose the Small text size for very long names.
Does my data leave my browser?
No. The signs are built locally in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Once the page has loaded you can work offline.
